About

I began my journey at Four Winds Natural Healing Center, Inc. in 2013. My professional interest focuses on helping others find comfort in their bodies, and shine light on the awareness of our greatest potential. 

 

I first started coming to Four Winds in 2011 for guidance in finding balance in my health and have since developed a deep passion for herbs, as well as the knowledge behind Four Winds' natural approach to healing. 

 

I completed 300 hours of Yoga Teacher Training with Theresa Murphy in April 2011 before becoming a Nationally Certified Licensed Massage Therapist through Herzing University in 2012. In 2013, I studied under Libba Harmon in a one breath, one motion vinyassa 200 hour program before settling into my passion at Four Winds. My love for healing led me to Four Winds Natural Healing Center, Inc. in pursuit of my ongoing desire to study ancient healing techniqes and to help fine-tune alignment, not only in the physical body, but also in life.
