Nicholas has unique nutrition training that includes both clinical dietitian hospital training and traditional nutrition whole foods philosophy. Nicholas specializes in difficult cases that often have nutritional food allergies or multiple food sensitivities. A whole foods, yet practical, approach is the emphasis. Nutrition protocols for various disease states, digestive diseases and the interpretation of blood work are available.
