About

I have always been drawn to the Mind Body Spirit connection and a holistic lifestyle.  I was first drawn to yoga, and after discovering all the benefits, I wanted to share this with others.  In 2010 I completed a yoga certification at Omaha Yoga Bodyworks and began to explore other healing modalities like energy work and Reiki.  Today I'm currently enrolled in Prairie Star herbalist program and so grateful to be learning here at 4Winds.  I'm a true believer in a holistic approach to healing and know first hand how the impact is life changing.
